The challenge
In today’s fast-paced world, time management, focus, and organization are essential skills for personal and professional success. However, for millions of people with neurodivergent cognitive profiles—such as those with ADHD, autism, stress, anxiety, and other conditions—traditional tools and methods for planning and productivity often fall short.
Neurodivergents face daily challenges in structuring their time, staying on task, and managing the overwhelming demands of modern life. The lack of tailored support exacerbates feelings of frustration, stress, and isolation, leading to missed opportunities and unmet potential. Despite the growing awareness of neurodiversity, there remains a significant gap in the availability of inclusive, accessible, and effective digital tools that cater to these unique cognitive needs.
Turning challenge into opportunity
Tiimo transforms this gap into opportunity through a neuroinclusive platform built to support the way different brains actually function. What began as a research project became a mission to make planning tools more accessible, adaptive, and empowering for those often excluded by conventional systems.
Designed for people with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and related executive functioning challenges, Tiimo’s app helps users navigate daily life with personalized structure and ease. Features like visual scheduling, focus timers, smart checklists, and customizable reminders are all grounded in lived experience and co-created with the neurodivergent community.
This approach doesn’t just improve productivity—it protects mental health. By reducing daily friction and enabling greater autonomy, Tiimo helps mitigate the chronic stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt that too often accompany unsupported neurodivergence.
For The Inner Foundation, Tiimo represents the kind of upstream, system-aware innovation that addresses the root causes of mental health struggles among emerging adults. It empowers individuals not just to cope, but to thrive—on their own terms.
