Do I need experience in mental health or investing to apply?
Not necessarily. We value diverse backgrounds — what matters most is alignment with our mission, curiosity, and a strong sense of initiative.
What kind of work does The Inner Foundation focus on?
We invest in solutions that strengthen inner health and promote equity, particularly for emerging adults (ages 18–30). Our portfolio spans nonprofit and for-profit models, with a focus on scalable impact and systemic change.
